HomeOfficeHouston Is proud to be selected as one of the
top designers to decorate the Alley Theatre Lobby Here is a letter from them:
On behalf
of the Alley
Theatre "Deck the Trees" committee, I am delighted
to include Home Office Houston in the prestigious company
of professional Houston
designers, retailers and charities who will grace the Alley lobby with the Christmas
spirit this year. Your team will be decorating one 7.5 foot lit tree provided by the Alley to be on display in
the public areas throughout the season.
The letter
below and two attachments will give you the details and benefits of being part of this exciting holiday tradition at
the Alley, the fourth largest municipal theatre in the country. The season is kicked off with a fabulous Tree Lighting
Ceremony on November 20.
Regards,
Cathy Marion
Dear Board Member,
The 2010 Deck the Trees Celebration, chaired by Peter Ragauss, is just around the corner and
we are asking for your assistance! Every year, the Deck the Trees Celebration transforms the Alley’s lobby
spaces into a magical winter wonderland of trees decorated by Houston’s top designers and non-profit organizations.
In 2010 we are hoping to increase the presence of designers involved, and this is where we need your help.
Decorating a holiday tree for the Alley’s Deck the Trees Celebration is a wonderful way for designer’s
to promote their company or business. Trees will be on display from November 17, 2010 through January 3, 2011 for the 35,000+
patrons who join us for a performance of A Christmas Carol…A Ghost Story of Christmas this holiday season. The Alley
will provide pre-lit trees, stands and signage. We simply ask the decorators to supply all decorations and display materials,
as well as decorator(s) for set up and break down.
I thank you, in advance, for considering this very special request and for your continued support of the Alley Theatre’s
Deck the Trees Celebration.
